Volkswagen of America has revealed a new range of accessories for its compact Taos SUV. All accessories are supposed to complete the SUV style and make it more adaptable to the different things that customers want to do with their vehicle. VW says the accessory line for the smallest SUV Taos comes after receiving a positive overwhelming response to the Basecamp Accessories Line for its full SUV atlas.
New accessories include custom body coating elements available in the BaseCamp accessory package deleted for release in June. These accessories include aggressive front and rear flanges with integrated splash guards, lower door side plates and a front grill-based base badge.
Volkswagen says that BaseCamp accessories create a coherent rational look extending from the front gate at the back of the vehicle. These components are installed all resellers and are all available separately in the form of individual parts, with the exception of the BaseCamp badge. The only way to get the badge is to buy accessories like a complete package for $ 999.
Presumably, this price did not count the installation on the dealer and there is no indication of how many times that could cost. Other accessories available include rubber mullet monster mats and carpet to protect SUV floors. VW also has Bumperdillo guards for the rear bumper to protect damage when loading and unloading the cargo.
An automatic automatic and frame-free automatic mirror mirror with Homelink connection integration is also part of the accessory line. VW has not proposed any price details on any of the components other than the complete package of Basecamp. Volkswagen showed some of these accessories when he revealed the concept of Basecamp Taos at the end of May. This concept is supposed to show a more robust and more oriented version of the SUV Taos road, and it seemed very cool to start.
