The future of personal flight could be the copterpack

We have seen people flying with jet packs for many years, returning to the 80s. A new type of personal flight device has been shown on the video and is called the copterpack. It’s a backpack that a person wears with a pair of closed rotors similar to a quadricopter drone. Copterpack is the creation of an Australian company by the same name and has published a video showing a flying driver using its system.

It is not clear if a system like this could be commercially viable in the future. The rotors are locked up outside, but from the top or underweight, they are completely open and turning at high speed. Any type of accident could put the pilot arms directly inside the swirling blades. There are no complicated flight controls; The rotors move on a central axle.

This movement allows the pilot to control their way in the sky. The company says that Copterpack has an automatic automatic driver function. Copterpack is lightweight with carbon fiber nest construction. Carbon fiber is a material commonly used in aircraft, spatial vessels and motor sports for its extreme strength and lightness.

Most of the technology used in the Copterpack is a mystery. The company has not offered any real details on the system. It seems to be electric, but it is among the unknown factoides. The flight flyer is another big mysteries. It is also difficult to know whether it is a prototype system for displays and spperlets or if the company believes that the device is viable for private flight.

The system would seem to have work to do to make it a viable system. It seems that simply add a mesh above and below the rotors could go a long way to make the system safer.
