Campaña de Battlefield 2042 Nixes, Battle Royale

Earlier today, the electronic arts and the dice officially revealed the battlefield 2042, the next game in the long series. While, usually, we hope that the new game reveals that they are light in the details, the two companies really revealed a little about Battlefield 2042 today. The attention focused on the multiplayer, and there is a good reason for that, as the battlefield 2042 apparently will not be sent with a single-player campaign or a Battle of Royale mode.

You would be forgiven for thinking that Battlefield 2042 would present a campaign, given the amount of backstory that seems to have this game. However, that narrative only seems to serve to reinforce the multiplayer mode of the game. The dice revealed the lack of a campaign to Eurogamer today.

“I think that’s just something that allows us to really bow on what we are better,” said Battlefield 2042 Diander Daniel Berlin, in an interview. “If you look at the DNA of the study, what we have been doing for so long, we just said that you know what, we will not have a traditional campaign of a single player this time, but let’s put all that emphasis and all those resources to build Depth in the multiplayer. Maybe too, the game will not have a Royale battle mode, even though it apparently every game has a Battle mode Royale these days.
