Xbox Series X: What can we expect from Microsoft’s first party studios to E3 2021?

After six months of sales, Microsoft Xbox Series X could be considered as a sleeping giant for the moment. We are still seeing what the new Xbox is really capable after all, with the support being the only real exclusive available for the console that is not compatible with Xbox One.

We have no return on Microsoft’s multi-billion dollar spending spree, who saw AMASS 23 first part studios, including Bethesda Softworks. Fans will expect to see new games earlier than later, and E3 could serve as alarm clock.

We know that Microsoft’s E3 2021 conference is 90 minutes last, and this is the perfect opportunity for Microsoft to define a convincing roadmap of the selection of the Xbox Series X and XBOX series owners.

But what can we expect to see? Well, let’s go through each of Microsoft’s leading studios and make realistic predictions.

343 Industries – Halo Infinite

Microsoft is likely to open its presentation E3 with a narrower look at Halo Infinite. We should see how the game has evolved since its first gameplay reveal in July 2020 and hear more details about the history of Halo Infinite. We also expected a deep dive in the new multiplayer mode of the game, with a beta announcement that took place during the show or in the near future.

The Coalition – Gears 6, Tactics Gears 2

Do not expect to see ads from the coalition at the E3 this year. The studio revealed that it passed to the unreal engine for its next title and that it would be a “big business”. We can assume safely the next title of the coalition will be gears 6 and we could possibly see the tactics of gears 2 in the future, but we would be surprised that everything has been shown this year.

Compulsion Games – New IP Address

The developer behind us happy rare has already promised that his next title will be “much better than the last match” that he has done, especially now that it’s part of the Xbox game studios. Although we did not exeve to see a sequel to what we are happy, a new IP announcement could also be a possibility. But we believe that the studio will not be present this year.
